A full interior retrim we carried out on a stunning 1949 Triumph Roadster.
The front bench seat and rear Dickey seats were fully restored using new padding and reupholstered in the original design with Muirhead Claret Leather.
The door panels were retrimmed in the same leather with grey moquette inside the storage pocket.
The carpet was replaced in light grey wool and the edges bound in a matching light grey. The areas around the pedals and the mounting brackets for the rear Dickey seats were also bound and backed with light grey moquette. Underneath the carpet, the whole floor is insulated with 3/4" felt. The panels that line the quarter panels and boot were also trimmed in grey carpet and bound in grey.
The trims around the windscreen and the area under the dashboard were trimmed in grey and all windlace and window seals were replaced with new grey moquette.
As a finishing touch, we made a hood cover and matching spare wheel cover from burgundy mohair with all new Tenax fasteners for the hood cover.
